Step 1: Inquire via the Consultation Form

After submitting the form, a representative will contact you to coordinate scheduling.
Step 2: Web Interview
A brief online consultation.
We will conduct a web interview using Zoom or similar platforms.
We will discuss your stay objectives and preferences, and provide an overview of our facilities.
STEP3：Contract procedures
Though Rental Agreement can be exchanged via email and completed online, as this is a traditional old Japanese house, we recommend an on-site visit beforehand.
The lease is a monthly contract, requiring advance payment of one month’s rent via bank transfer. (Credit cards and electronic payments are not accepted.)
Long term lease and extensions could be available upon request, depending on the situation of the next booking.
